Pine Street Properties, LLC is a developer/builder and construction company based in Irvine, CA. We focus on projects – turnkey from conception to completion – throughout Southern California, particularly in Orange County and the Inland Empire. With a strong belief in sustainability, Pine Street Properties enjoys the pursuit of smart and efficient practices in its building and has experience with LEED Gold (through United States Green Building Council) and GreenPoint Rated (through Build It Green).
